That time has finally arrived the fantasy playoffs. Hopefully you made it and you’re not on the outside looking in. Now that you have made it, it is more imperative than ever to win. You lose, you’re out. No second chances. But is there anyone from the 49ers you should have in your lineup?
Nick Mullens has had some good games as a starter for fantasy. But the playoffs are too risky to play Mullens, especially going up against the Denver Broncos. The Broncos defense has been playing better and we still must face facts, Mullens makes mistakes. There is unfortunately too much at stake to play Mullens this week. Plus, if you are in the playoffs there is little chance Mullens is even on your team. SIT: Nick Mullens
The Wide Receivers
Dante Pettis has put together couple good games as of late but that may have almost been out of necessity with Pierre Garçon and Marquise Goodwin out. Goodwin appears to be back, and as I stated with Mullens, the matchup isn’t that great. I would be curious to pick up Pettis if you have a burner spot and see how he does with the return of Goodwin, but I wouldn’t start Pettis. Goodwin has missed the past two weeks and has sadly been injured for most of the year. Unfortunately, we can trust Goodwin right now. SIT: All Wide Receivers
The Running Backs
News broke Tuesday that the Wolverine Matt Breida will be out for the Week 14 matchup against the Broncos. This leaves Jeff Wilson Jr. as the potential starting running back for the 49ers. Kyle Shanahan can scheme the running back position with the best of them. Wilson had over 130 total yards and eight receptions on nine targets. If you are desperate for a running back in the playoffs; if you are the Kareem Hunt owner or James Conner owner, he could be a nice flex option. Flex Jeff Wilson if in need of a running back
You know what to do, plug and play.
Don’t even think about it.
