The San Fransisco 49ers have announced that they will sign free agent Guard/Center Weston Richburg to a 5-Year deal at the start of free Agency on Wednesday. Richburg was drafted in the 2nd round of the 2014 NFL draft and started a total of 50 games with the Giants during his 4 year tenure, however missing all but 4 games last year with a concussion. The 49ers reportedly intend for Richburg to play at one of the open guard spots which could mean that 49ers free agent guard Brandon Fusco could be elsewhere next season. Teams such as the Jets and Bengals were competing with the 49ers to sign the 26 year old who is considered to be a top tier lineman in the NFL. Welcome to San Fransisco!
