Carolina Panthers at San Francisco 49ers live stream: How to Watch

September 9, 2017

The San Francisco 49ers are back in town to start their season and will take on the Carolina Panthers. After a disappointing 2-14 season, the 49ers begin their new era under Kyle Shanahan and John Lynch on Sunday. They have turned over more than half the roster, filled with mostly rookies and undrafted free agents. The duo has made it clear -- we're going to bring in our guys and build this thing from the ground up. The first real brick gets laid down on Sunday at Levi's Stadium.

The Panthers come into town after having a Super Bowl Hangover season. QB Cam Newton didn't play up to standards and they didn't have nearly enough offensive weapons for him. In come RBs Christian McCaffrey and Curtis Samuel and the outlook is different. There's a new defensive coordinator in town, but a lot of the same personnel.

The matchup is going to be great, but the 49ers are currently 5-point underdogs, per WestGate SportsBook in Las Vegas. It'll be beautiful on Sunday at Levi's Stadium as the weather should be in the upper 70s around gametime.

If you can't make it to the game, here's how you can watch the game from home:
