According to ESPN's Adam Schefter and Adam Caplan, the 49ers have re-signed Jeremy Kerley to a 3 year, $10.5 million deal.
This is a huge signing for John Lynch and Kyle Shanahan and one that was expected to come after his monster year in 2016.
After WR Bruce Ellington went down, the 49ers turned to Kerley to be their slot guy and punt returner. He was the 49ers best receiver by far, as he caught 64 passes for 667 yards, with three touchdowns.
It'll be exciting to see how he fits in Kyle Shanahan's system, excited to have him back with the squad!
Welcome Back, Jeremy Kerley! What do you guys think about this signing?
